J.R. McGrath
Chief Executive Officer
J.R. oversees all company activities for EHR Express, including building and managing tools necessary to perform data migrations, archival processing, and EMR data mapping for EHR Express customers.
A former Army Medic, J.R. has over 25 years of experience in software design, development, implementation, and support, including over 15 years with Greenway Health, building their solutions from the ground up and managing multiple development and support teams within the organization.
J.R. has always dedicated himself to his customers, his fellow employees, and his Company’s growth. He continues that dedication to the development of superior software solutions and 100% customer satisfaction and support through EHR Express.
Brian McCarthy
Chief Revenue Officer
Brian executes and manages all sales channels, marketing, and business development activities for EHR Express. He has 16 years of experience in the healthcare information technology field. 13 of those years were at Greenway as Director of Business Development, where Walgreens and Take Care Health Systems were two of his long-term clients. Brian attended Georgia Southern University and holds a B.S in Information Technology.
Derek Skinner
Chief Operating Officer
Derek manages day-to-day business operations for EHR Express, performs data archiving and migrations for customers, and also maps new EHR systems to existing tools.
Derek’s first software experience was with an Atlanta based law firm where he was a courier but also wrote programs to make the office staff’s jobs easier by automating office processes. From those beginnings more than 20 years ago, Derek has continued to design, architect, implement and support systems that make his customer’s lives easier. Derek spent 15 years at Greenway Health, where he grew several software products from vision to execution, including Electronic Health Records, Medical Accounts Receivables and related interfacing systems. He enjoys building on that experience to assist customers at EHR Express with their current needs.
William G. Esslinger, Jr., Esq.
Chairman & General Counsel
Bill handles all legal and compliance matters, including corporate transactions and finance activities, for EHR Express.
Mr. Esslinger is a seasoned healthcare information technology attorney and business executive with over 20 years experience representing companies in all phases of a corporate lifecycle. He maintains an active practice focusing on corporate and technology law, specializing in healthcare information technology and telehealth.
